As a former military meteorologist, turned high school soccer coach, robotics coach and STEM educator, Michael is in his third year teaching Aerospace Technology and Aerospace Research Practicum (e.g. senior capstone) courses in MD's only combined Aerospace Engineering and Aviation Technology magnet program at DuVal High School in Lanham, MD. He is now excited to see his students reach greater heights with their original research practica and hopes to see some of his students publish their research while still in high school! He also teaches 3D modeling and printing and other engineering fundamentals including design process, robotics and drone assembly and technologies as well as mobile application development and coding basics. He is happily married to his wife, Megan of 16 yrs and they moved to Maryland two and a half years ago to spend more time doting on their two nephews. Go Denver Broncos! :)
