Deputy Director of Science and STEM Communication of the Science and Technology Council of the Government
of the State of San Luis Potosí, México. He is a Mechanical Engineer, Administrator, master in Administration and PhD in Education. He´s responsible for the science and stem communication program of by the government, promoting programs to promote the scientific vocation in adolescent women and the training of older adults as scientific communicators. He has coordinated the Science, Technology and Innovation Communication Network since 2013 and traveling outreach programs for seven years in the state of San Luis Potosi. He collaborated in promoting the National Network for the Science Communication of the Government of El Salvador.
