Roxanne Joyal, founder and CEO of &BACK COFFEE, holds a degree in international relations from Stanford University, has earned a coveted Rhodes scholarship and a law degree at Oxford University, and has clerked for the Supreme Court of Canada. She was awarded an honorary doctorate from Nipissing University in 2012, received the Order of Canada in 2017 for her work in social entrepreneurship and advancement of social justice, and is a two-time winner of the Women’s Executive Network’s Top 100: ‘Canada’s Most Powerful Women.’
In 2020, Roxanne led the launch of &BACK COFFEE, a premium Fairtrade coffee made from 100% Arabica beans, sourced from carefully selected co-ops in East Africa and Latin America.
