Invitation letters are only issued to paid delegates or presenters; please purchase your ticket prior to requesting a letter. Tickets are not refundable.
Please note that we will only issue invitation letters and cannot assist with your application or with border services. It is your responsibility to apply for the appropriate visa with the necessary documentation. We suggest allowing ample processing time for your entry visa. Current processing times can be found on the Government of Canada Immigration page.
Should your application be denied, we cannot change the decision of the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), nor will we engage in discussion or correspondence with the IRCC or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant.
When contacting us for an invitation letter, please provide the following information:
- Name and address of the embassy where the letter should be sent
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Full address
- Telephone number (both work and home)
- Company represented
- Job title
- Passport number
- Purpose of the trip (if part of a longer-term project, please provide context)
- Proof of your accommodations
- Proof of travel itinerary
Please allow up to 5 business days for the issuance of the letter.
