Founder and President of "&trust | Smart Compliance Solutions," a consulting firm offering assistance, training, audit, and risk management services in corporate compliance. He graduated in Law from the State University of Milan in 1991 and received a master's degree in Foreign Trade and International Economics from the National Institute for Foreign Trade (ICE) in 1993. For about 30 years, as a manager and executive, he contributed to the internationalization of major industries in highly regulated sectors, including pharmaceuticals and automotive, with apex responsibilities in privacy and antitrust compliance, institutional relations, and communications. In these areas, among others, he has promoted and coordinated the design of compliance, risk management, and professional training models and tools, all of which have been concretely implemented on a national and global scale. He has been a longtime board member of a number of industry trade associations in Italy and Brussels, as well as an adjunct lecturer for several years at the University of Pavia - Center for Security Studies and Research. He is also currently a board member of an online newspaper.
