Brent Broaddus, is a University of Florida IFAS 4-H youth development faculty for the Southwest Extension District. Mr. Broaddus mentors twelve 4-H Extension faculty in positive youth development, volunteer management and organizational strategies. His programmatic focus includes STEM career awareness, workforce preparedness and entrepreneurship. Mr. Broaddus’s research interests are in the areas of group mentor-mentee relationship quality and delinquency pathway indicators and utilizing action research theory to invoke organizational change in volunteer training systems. Brent has been an Extension faculty member for 20 years.
