Mack Kowalski's professional journey began in 2008, transitioning from the US Army's Second Ranger Battalion into the geomatics and AEC industry. Starting as an apprentice, Mack quickly proved his skills, rising to leadership in construction staking. By 2012, he was heading the survey department of a major construction company on the west coast, expanding its operations across four states. 

His interest in LiDAR technology grew over time, leading him to join a leading Leica dealership in 2022. Here, Mack found his passion for optimizing workflows and solving industry challenges. This passion drove him to co-found LiDAholics Consulting L.L.C. and K&K Laser Scanning, where he continues to contribute to industry advancement. 

In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Mack is involved in industry initiatives, serving on the American Concrete Institute's laser scanning subcommittee a foundational member of "THE COMMITTEE," dedicated to exploring reality capture techniques. He also shares his expertise through writing for xXYHT magazine and contributing to LiDAR News. An internet personality and sought-after international speaker, Mack's deep-seated passion for laser scanning and the industry shines through in all his endeavors.
