Got a great idea, paper, project or product? Here’s an opportunity to hone your skills in making a “fast pitch”. There’s and art to making a fast pitch, where less can be more.

The GoGeomatics Expo in 2023 launched the Fast Pitch session. Modelled after the Pitch-the-Press session of GeoWeek, presenters have 3 minutes to make your best case, followed by 2 minutes of questions from a panel and the audience. The panel of geo-journalists and industry experts judge the best of the pitches. The top presentations get a full writeup in GoGeomatics and/or xyHt Magazine.

Every presentation is sure to be informative, and if 2024 is anything like 2023, it will also be a mix of energy, passion, innovation, mayhem and fun!

We’re adding something new this year as well: impromptu interviews. We do short Q&A interviews with any willing exhibitors, speakers, or attendees and post these live during the Expo on LinkedIn. You can be as promotional as you’d like. Based on the huge response we received to these short vids at the Esri UC and GeoWeek, this is another great opportunity for promotion and outreach.
