Lindsay Ellison

Geospatial Analyst
Statistics Canada

As a geospatial analyst within Statistcs Canada, I work with converting data files into a visual representation, alongside always working on enhancing satellite imagery. I focus on using python coding within ArcMap, to change imagery resolution and colour composition of RGB and NIR band(s). By working with sensitive statistical information, I'm imputing, storing, managing, analysing, mapping and classifying data, to add to joining attribute tables within layers and CSD Boundary files. Using these tactics and methods, allows me to create a display of specific locations of an area of interest, based on the focal point of the project. I docuement the step-by-step procedures used to get to end results.
