Gaya Ganesan is a GIS & Crime Analyst within Analytics & Innovation's ANCOE team at TPS. She focuses on providing GIS solutions to internal clients and assisting her team with GIS technologies. She brings her proficiency in Esri technology from her role as GIS Analyst and Team Lead at Esri Canada. She found her passion for GIS while digging for artefacts in archaeological excavations around the world. She completed her bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Business at the University of Waterloo and GIS Applications Specialist postgraduate certificate at Fleming College.
