How often have you felt angered or alienated by an interaction that felt dismissive or discriminatory in some way? Sometimes subtle and other times not, these experiences can be frustrating, demoralizing and draining, and can negatively impact your self-esteem, productivity, and relationships. Whether you’re directly involved in microaggressions or witness them as a bystander, knowing how to respond can be challenging especially in an unexpected moment. This course will provide you with key insights to help you understand your own perspective on microaggressions, and strategies on how to respond authentically as an advocate who serves to unite.
