Isolation is one of the most significant hazards astronauts confront as they explore space. Given these difficult and stressful times here on Earth, how can we counter the negative human impacts of isolation ushered in by COVID? Join SCH’s Strategy Advisor Jim Oswald and Stanford Business School Lecturer Dan Klein in this high energy, “how-to” session to elevate your ability to work more positively with your peers, students, administrators, and community, and bring a “glass half FULL” energy and optimism to your everyday encounters. Using simple exercises, Dan Klein will discuss the science of creativity and the value of improvisation techniques to bring higher levels of creativity and energy to your relationships. Jim will help you develop a Personal Re-Connection RoadMap and tools to connect, work, and live more creatively! Jim is an organizational strategist and facilitator who has been working closely with Space Center Houston to develop the Strategic Plan, Facilities Master Plan, and Master Interpretive Plan. He works closely with the SCH Education Team and is a Strategy Advisory Officer for SCH’s Corporate/Executive Ed Program, the Human Performance Accelerator Lab (HPAL).
