Falcon 9 Tour The future of space travel is reusable rockets. In our newest exhibit, the SpaceX Falcon 9 core, or first stage, B1035 is displayed horizontally and elevated 14 feet off the ground near Independence Plaza. It’s one of only two SpaceX Falcon 9 boosters on display and the first commercial space exhibit for Space Center Houston. Go on a virtual tour of this marvel of reusable space technology and learn more about how it is making space more accessible. Independence Plaza Tour

Apollo Mission Control Tour Take a tour of Johnson Space Center’s historic Apollo Mission Control Center and see the room where NASA experts monitored the first moon landing and guided Apollo 13 home safely to avert disaster, fully restored back to the way it looked during the Apollo missions of the 1960s and 1970s. Featuring the authentic consoles used to monitor nine Gemini, all Apollo moon missions, and 21 space shuttle missions, no detail was spared in the restoration. Due to COVID-19 security restrictions at Johnson Space Center, the Apollo Mission Control Center has been closed to the public since March 2019, so this tour will offer behind-the-scenes access even our guests are not currently able to enjoy. |
Additional Tour Information Coming Soon: Kennedy Space Center, JPL, JSC, and Stennis/Marshall Centers!
